Reservation Policy

To reserve an apartment, a booking deposit of 30% of the total cost is required. We accept booking deposits through bank-to-bank transfer, Western Union and Money Gram. Please contact us for full details. Prices are subject to: * The best discounts are offered for time gaps, or available dates between booked dates. For example, if an apartment is available between 10-14 June but is fully booked before and after these dates, we can offer the apartment to you for these 4 days at a discounted price. If you are flexible, contact us and we'll be happy to inform you of our time gaps. Check-in: 14:00, unless the apartment is available earlier Check-out: 12:00 Late Check-out: 18:00 | 50% of the daily rate, subject to availability

Cancellation Policy

A booking deposit (30% of the total cost) is required to make a reservation. If you cancel less than 60 days prior to the arrival date of your reservation you will automatically forfeit your booking deposit.

Customer Obligations

The remaining balance of 70% is payable upon arrival. In the event that you don't stay until your scheduled departure date, you will be charged 50% of the total value of the remaining days of your reservation in accordance with provisions in the law of Article 8 N1652/86/ GG 167 A.
